Our innovation leading practice strategy is to ‘equip and support the Y network to capitalize on innovative opportunities in sustainable ways that contribute to operational excellence and strong communities.’

• Apply the Y’s innovation process to problem solve, continuously improve and develop new programs, services and business models 

• Embed continuous improvement into key programs, services and business functions 

• Establish consistent, high-functioning strategic foresight practice 

• Collect and analyze data that supports innovation efforts
